I was always wondering about locations better than the Beach. Also those that won't try to take your passport and so on. Apparently they will pickup and drop off for free. No luck in a respsonse to email though.

Try Mr Toy in front of the Roo Bar, Walking Street....now into the second generation... so they have been around a long time....I havent seen any PP taken and rates can be hourly also. He also does Taxi services to Airport, Bkk and also up country...From Pattaya to Buriram was 4000 baht in an air con sedan.
