Application For Flr

Featured Replies

As title my fiance and i are due to be married on the 15th May 09. So before we married she decided she wanted to go see her family for a short time as she will then stay in uk and study ESOL Course and work to help me. My question is, with her going home for a month or so have any effect on her FLR application after we are married?

And im guessing but all the documentation provided for her fiance visa will have to be provided again. On the application do i put the name on the passport or her married name or does it not matter?

Short trips outside the UK will have no effect on her FLR application after your marriage. Remember, though, that she must be back in the UK, the marriage taken place and her application submitted before her fiance visa expires.

For how to apply and the documents needed see Completing application form FLR(M) and the appropriate links from that page.

Yes 7by7 she will be back in the UK on 9th may 09 so all is good she just go home see her family then she will be back and stay for a long time. this is understandable as its her 1st trip outside thailand. Her Fiance visa expires on 6th june 09 so have plenty of time
