2005 Ford Ranger Workshop Manual - Where To Buy?

Where can I buy a workshop manual for 2005 Ford Ranger 2.5 diesel? I guess the Mazda Fighter book would also be fine as they come out of the same factory (or did, not sure about now). Thai language book is fine - the wife will translate.

Is the Mazda Fighter Thai model identical to the Aussie version? If so, maybe the Aussies have an EngLang book of words? *EDIT* I think the Aussies call it a Mazda Bravo.

I found a downloadable manual on Rapidshare which is excellent, but this forum won´t allow me to post the URL - very sad, as I´m sure someone else will need it too.
