Hi Everyone. Simple question. My Retirement Visa (Well, I know its called application for extension of stay) expires on 30th April, but me being me, super efficient, have all the paperwork in place now to get my extension. No doubting that my paperwork is fine.

Question is, if I go along to Immigration in next couple of days, will they process it, or is there a set number of days before 30th April during which I can renew? Some people say you can only go ten days before expiry, others arent so sure.

Can anyone give me clarity? Thanks a lot!!

30 days before will surely be OK in any immigration office. At Pattaya, you are officially invited to apply as early as THREE MONTHS in advance (no special excuse needed).
