Black Out?

Featured Replies

Possible. True network was partially working (Access to DNS, some few websites).

This is now fully working since 15 minutes.

Tuesday 07, 07:40.

TOT is working pretty well but TRUE gives nothing from abroad.

When called, the hot line pretends CAT is responsible for the black out.

I had trouble with True this morning. Pages seemed to be loading OK but appeared blank. There was a message on the True -Life Navigator page saying that work was being carried out in my area from 03.00 to 06.00 am. and the connection would be down for 1 hour. However a friend in the same condo experienced no problems.

I switched off the modem, did a system restore and things came good again. However I suspect the real problem was with True buggering up my connection.

Since the good old days when dial-up was still around, it is (in most cases) CAT which is blamed -

this is the easiest way, because CAT was/is some "secret institution" :o The Holy Grail of the Internet... pssst! - don't speak about

Do you really think any provider will admit "Yes we caused the black out"....?
