Cheapest Place To Get 35mm Film Deleloped On Put On Cd ?

Hi

I have about 10 rolls of "mystery" 35mm exposed color film,

24 frames or so each ,

anyway they are 5-10 years old and I do not want to spend much money to "relive" these memories,

But there may be some neat stuff on them ,

so whats the cheapest place around BKK to take them ?
