planning a trip to phillipines over songkran. on a uk passport can stay for 21 days without a visa with a return ticket. does anyone know if the same applies on a thai passport as my girlfriend wants to come .. as far as i can gather its the same but just wondering if anyone can confirm...

If your taking your girlfriend to the Phipps, I can recomend Boracay, was there myself last year, plenty of domestic flights from Manila only 45 min flight, nice beach, some very nice hotels as well, but bit more expensive than Thailand.

But well worth a visit
