Could you recommend a health insurance provider in Thailand?

I am late twenties and no serious illness, looking for something affordable and with fast processing. Is it possible to get health insurance that covers immedeatly instead of faxing doctors notes etc?

Use an international insurance company insted for a Thai company. . .much better coverage not so much more expensive . .
