Photochromatic Lenses

I am looking for eye-glasses with photochromatic lenses which work inside a car. I understand that these lenses do not work inside the car as the windows deflect most of the UV rays which trigger the change in the lenses. My car has a coating on the windows which would make this even more of a problem. There is a brand called Drivewear which are designed to work inside a car. Has anyone seen this or a similar product available in Thailand, a google search found nothing.
