hi

i am a UK citizen and i need advice on visa options as i'm getting conflicting advice.

am i right in saying that if i get a double entry tourist visa (valid for 6 months) i can stay in thailand for 60 days, then leave and return for another 60 days (as long as the return is within the 6month visa period).

secondly, can i get a double entry tourist visa in KL?

thanks,

james

With a double entry touris visa you enter and get 60 days each entry, Each entry can be extended for 30 days at immigration, After the first entry just make a border run and return on the same day to use the 2nd entry.

Tourist visas issued by nearby consulates only have a 90 day use before date.

Kl only issues single entry tourist visas. Only Vientiane, Khota Bharu and PP Cambodia issue 2 entry tourist visas.
