The only creative locksmith I know of is about 100 metres away from Bangkok Phuket Hospital - not sure if he can help but worth a try if no other options are offered.

The best automotive locksmith I have used was an elderly chap located somewhere opposite the electricity substation on Thepkrasattri Rd. between Volvo and Supercheap. Very small shop on the main road, blink and you'll miss it. Good luck.
