Anyone Know Of These?

Looking on the map and see Gardenia resort, Garden beach resort, Sea view resort, Prima villa, Astoria, Green park resort, These are all North Pattaya.

Am looking for a place for an older couple to stay for 1 month on a budget.

Has to be clean, air con, pool, fridge, t.v. and hopefully brekkie.

Thought North pattaya may be quieter for them.

Any help on these would be appreciated.

I stayed at Woodlands which was fantastic but being for 1 month, they need something cheaper.

The Green Park is right next to the Woodlands and everything it sais on its web site.

I have stayed there frequently.
