Anyone has suggestions where to buy buddha-paintings? I've already looked in JJ Market, KSR, Suanlum, Nana, CTW and a studio in Pinklao

Thanks

I dont know the name of the street, its past all the bar areas and its an area, packed with painting studios, its the biggest concentration of art shops in one area and its in Pattaya somewhere ... you can look over their shoulder and choose the artist

Thanks for the tip, is this only during the sunday market or every day?

You can also try Ming Gallery in Soi Wattana Wong which is off Rachaprop in Pratunam (it's the soi that runs inbetween Indra Hotel and Bangkok Palace/Eastin/ Ramada hotels). Check out their website first as they have a category devoted to Buddha paintings. When I bought from them their prices were comparable to the ones of the galleries in Pattaya and they has a wide selection.

the owner of Barn Pasaathai Thai language school has a large collection of her own work of Bhuddist art in the school, not sure if she sells any, but maybe worth a look
