Well it seems that Max Mosely thought they would bow to his demands and his statement that Ferrari would never leave F1 appears to be wrong! The eight teams that currently form FOTA - Ferrari, Lewis Hamilton’s McLaren, Renault, Toyota, BMW Sauber, Brawn GP, home of championship leader Jenson Button, Red Bull Racing and Toro Rosso - have all declined to enter F1 for 2010. WOW!

I honestly thought that erni Eccelstone would have taken mosely to one side and had a word but he has bottled it. Lets hope the rest join up to the new series and we can get back to what F1 was supposed to be about. Racing high powered, big engined cars! Full story here

About bloody time. I did read somewhere a week or two back about the teams who would be kicked out, and Brawn were on that list. It may have been at PlanetF1.com but I'm noy sure.

The little turd and his cohorts have been pushing their own agenda for a long time. And the teams have been unhappy as a result. So it's about time they did what they should have done in 2003-4. I can see the new series as being every bit as good as F1.....if not better!

A lot of F1 fans on TV and just 3 posts, and one of them was to say he couldn't give a frig, on one of the biggest stories ever on F1. The mind boggles? I sometimes just don't know how TV works ? :)

It has been mentioned in the other F1 topic. I was thinking of where I would like to see a race taking place. What was that circuit in A1 GP calendar that had a massive drop in America? I think it would be great to see the cars there. Also maybe bring back S. Africa. A shame the A1 circuit in Austria is in such a poor shape.
