Train buriram - bangkok

Featured Replies

I plan to travel alone form Buriram to Bangkok in November how safe is journey to do alone. Advise please.
Made the trip up to NongKhai (not sure how it is spelt) alone. Buriram was on-route. Had no problems!
Buriram is not on the Nongkai route.....But I have caught the train to Surin many times...take a first or 2nd class sleeper from Hua Lumpong station in Bangkok, cheap as chips and a nice journey,  It usually leaves around 9 p.m and would get into Buriram at about 5 a.m.  Of-course there's many trips during the day both to Buriram or reverse to Bkk.  But it's a long way during day-light hours.
