I guess Eve visa run has an office in Rawai so they should do pickup in your area. Don't know if they come to your door though. You can always ask.

no time to drive this time and not so easy to drop them at chalong

Eve Visa Run for sure. Pick up points usually are at thier office ( Rawai Beach Road, across from Nikitas bar ) and random spots along the way if you can provide them with the address, they will also have no problem dropping you off anywhere along the way back.
