Best Pizza In Chiang Mai

Featured Replies

Anyone know if a great pizza place that puts a lot of toppings on the pizza... not looking for thin, little topping Italian crap :-)

I want a lot of sauce and a lot of toppings.... Pizza Company and Pizza Hut SUCK!

Thanks

Rick, the owner of Paradise Pizza, who is a friend, gave me a taste of the deep dish Chicago style pizza he'd been working on, and I thought it tasted very good - definitely not an Italian style thin crust! Not sure if it's on the menu yet...

The best pizza i have had is Thailand is from Mad Dog on moon muang between Soi 1 and 2. I am interested in hearing of others too though.

Thanks guys... only 2 options? :-) I guess it is hard to find really good pizza in CM

It is hard to find really good pizza anywhere in Thailand, but the Duke's pizza is good, not at all expensive and it up to you how many toppings you want.

The Duke's is also a sponsor of Thai Visa.

I have to agree that the pizza at the Dukes is very good. Also pizza at Stephano's Italian restaurant at Taipei Gate is excellent.

I concur about Stephano's Italian restaurant at Thapae Gate being excellent, but he seemed to have no interest in Italian style pizza, so I did not mention it.

Ridgley's in San Sai.....nuff said

Not familiar. I'll give it a try. Where is it located?

Pretty sure I saw it at... heading east on Doi saket road, come to 2nd ring road interchange/ underpass, go straight over, market on left and 200 metres past interchange turn left at lights onto Highway 1001 and it's down there on the left maybe 800 metres.

Regards Bojo

Thanks Bojo. I didn't think we had any places to eat out here other than merely stands selling Thai food. Appreciate it.

You may want to try Rustica on Nimmanhaminda Soi 6 in the Punna small shop area next to Wawee Coffee.......Pretty darn good Pizza...

Ash.. Try Mr. Chan's (I think that is what it is called) on Canal Road, just south of the Royal Flora road and on the west side. Excellent calzone there too. This place is a bit hard to find even though it is right on the road there. Often, there is an evening market going on right across the soi.
