But with some many new posters everyday it's hard to keep track, loads of names have been appearing and I just don't recognise any of them. The moderation policies on here is why they have so many of these more professional trolls and less of the long standing posters, so I think a lot of the blame can be placed on thaivisa itself.

I'm not suggesting your so terrible at all and didn't mean to upset you so much, just saying perhaps a tweak here and a tweak there with moderation policies may help create a better forum, one where the long standing posters don't get annoyed and leave and one that gets less thaivisa hate filled trolls coming back time and time again. Because they get p.issed off about being booted off, and sometimes in a rude manner which is why many come back as trolls and continue to troll, to cause thaivisa problems, because they feel a resentment towards thaivisa. All I was suggesting was a more 'sugar with your medicine' type of moderation policy might have the effect that you get less trolls in the future. If you haven't noticed that a lot of long standing members of this forum have got bored with it and packed up and gone elsewhere then your not very observant, and that I think suggests a problem with a forum. Again, not a personal jibe at moderators at all, I understand that a moderation policy for a forum is a very delicate balance, it was just an opinion cv, so perhaps you could hold back with the insults in the future. I wasn't rude to you and didn't expect you to be rude back to me. ps. wasn't concerned so much about moderation issues for this forum which I'm more than happy to use, but I'm interested in community building as a whole, so I always have an opinion about these kinds of things as I'm 'learning the subject' so to speak.
