As it relates to satellite TV, I can't say. However, the network we are talking about (ASN) will be bringing NCAA football telecasts to Thailand as well. I have seen advertised Big 10 and SEC. As of now, I don't know which games, but I would suspect other conference games will be telecast as well.

What is ASN and how do you get it................

ASN is All Sports Network and is now available on Truevisions cable in Thailand (it used to be called UBC Cable). It isn't on all of their packages, so if you have cable in Bangkok and you don't have ASN, then check with Truevisions. I have the platinum package, but ASN is also included in one of their cheaper packages, but from what I understand, not their gold package which is the next one down from what I have. Hence, it is a bit confusing.
