Teaching In Engineering Quality

Is there opportunities to teach Quality Principles in production of software and/or hardware? I have a BS in Electronics and MS in Quality Assurance. I have taught quality principles for a couple of employers and would look favorably upon teaching at the undergraduate or graduate level in Thailand this same subject. In the states this subject matter falls within the engineering department. The techniques taught could enhance productivity and increase customer satisfaction which would build market share for any business.

A teaching position at the university level is the first goal. Why do you have any information on this past what I have seen?
