Anybody used Chiang Mai pest control and if, what do you think about them?

I have used them for one year now, and I just renewed the conract for one more year. They are not the cheapest firm, I think, but when we had some problems with some insects this spring they came again and again untill it all was taken care of. It's hard to know how professional they are of course. Some times I scratch my head for what I call "thai solutions", but I'm overall happy with their service. And there are no bugs around on my property!

And they always show up on agreed time, and speek english

Yes the manager was out here, very good English, they also did my air cons, they came 1 hour before agreed time you dont see that very often in Thailand and they gave me a call before they came, good service

Arriving one hour before the agreed time is as inconvenient as being one hour late, that is not a positive matter at a all, therefore don't salute it, it is indeed unprofessional since it might interfere with your programmed activity on that particular day since, having your premised serviced by "Pest Control" results in chemical smells that lasts for several hours, so the appointment of their arrival must be properly programmed so that one is ready for it.

However, should they contact you asking whether is would be convenient to come one hour earlier than agreed, then that would result into a new "agreed" time, and should not be referred to as coming 1 hour before the agreed time, unpunctuality either way is unprofessional and could have reflections on their working activities.

Try to read it again, i did say they called me, and they did ask if it was OK to come. i also told them i would be home most of the day, so it was OK with me, better than all the others say yes we come 13.00 and never show up, it happens all the time...(to me)
