Selling Condo

Recommended Posts

Now there are still many condos avaliable ranging from the 1 million baht range to 3 million up. Ranging from 30-62 square meters. We had payed about 390,000 baht so far towards a 62square foot condo, we were going to downsize to a 40 square foot one, but now our life situations has changed drasticly and we need to sell. We are willing to sell for a bit of a discount on what we have payed so far. If it is transfered into your name quickly you can still change condos and pick and choose amoung many condos, sizes, and prices that are still avaliable. To transfer into your name it is 50,000 baht, but the discount we are willing to give will cover that and more.

Please contact for further details.

Hopefully the condo unit that you booked is not laid out like the attached floor plan - one of the bedroom has no window, just a timber door.

Here are some pics I just found of it.

No, our floor plan is not the same, and is actually the largest , which is 66.5 square meters, but can be changed at any time to any other avaliable rooms in the building, which at the present time, there are many. The smallest being 33.5m. The 66.5 has many windows. Both bedrooms have a window. The large one has two. It is very open everywhere. 2 bathrooms, and a balcony off of the livingroom and kitchen. You can look here at the link off the website.

All the layouts off the website look quite good. All the 2 bedroom condos are located on the corners of the building and have alot of windows. The small ones have a window in the bedroom and a balcony as well.
