Is there a DELL showroom in Bkk ??

Except for a few basic models and their netbook available at all IT centers, Dell only sells direct. You can order online if you need something other than the basic models or netbooks.

there is a shop in the Fortune Mall on Ratchada. I think it is on the 4th floor. Google Dell or if that does not work google "popcorn hour". They are one of very few shops who sell the PH. They are also a Dell service center as far as I know.

There is also now a DELL operated showroom at Pantip - along East wall, 2nd or 3rd(??) floor. Other independent shops at Pantip also have some DELL units.

I need a new battery for my XPS M1730 , do they only show their new models, or do they also sell stuff there?

Dell batteries are crap. This is the second one that has died in 1.5 years, and the buggers don't come cheap! (120+ euro)
