Hi. good day,

i like to listern luthung song, like as song of ต่าย อรทัย

find that the language is beautiful.

But there is a lot of word can't find in normal thai-english dictionary.

like as เต้นกันไหง่ง้อง ฉลองการกลับนา

What is means ไหง่ง้อง ?

What is means กลับนา ?

like as บุญแล้วจั่งหน้

What is means จั่งหน้ ?

like as หมอลําย่า่ว

What is means ย่า่ว ?

like as กลาบเมื่อยามบ้าน

What is means ยามบ้าน ?

Can anyone please kindly explain the meaning?

And , any good dictionary that i can refer to?

This song title is สัญญาหน้าฮ้าน

หน้าฮ้านmeans หน้าเวที a stage of a show.

เต้นกันโหง่ง้อง ฉลองการกลับนา= Let's dance to celebrate for coming home. กลับนา= To come back to the farm(home)

บุญแล้วจั่งหนี = Doing the merit and then leave. จั่งหนี = then leave

หมอลำหย่าว = To play Moh lum song.

กลับเมือยามบ้าน = Come back to visit home(family).ยามบ้าน = To visit home(family)

there are some links (sorry cant find them at moment) to on line issan dialects vocabualry etc

there is issan dialects dictionary i bought but waiting for it to come in mail....

because mor lum music is issan music w/all the different dialects of issan plus there is also the chiang mai etc dialects....

or maybe i'm wrong??

but, โหง่ง้อง=? is it means celebrate?

and,หย่าว =? play music instrument? or singing?

Any recommendation about dictionary?

i love luthung song, though i can only hardly understand part of the meaning.
