Several people I have talked to in the last few days are also experiencing low mains water pressure, and are in different areas. It happens at lot around Songkhran, but not normally this time of the year. Anybody else missing a decent shower?

Now I know what that smell is.

I've also been experiencing low water pressure for several days. I just thought it was one of the usual water problems within the moobaan.

I've started doing the Thai thing with a big water jug and a dipper.

Pressure is back up tonight....Bliss

Why not do what everyone else does: big tank in the back and a pump.

I have a house with 2 Stories and the shower works just fine up stairs. I also use the higher water pressure I now have to supply my automatic pop up sprinklers for the lawns. I live in a very small village and had major water pressure problems prior to this installation.

I have a large tank, but the pump just doesn't seem to attack the extreme head, even though it's a new high capacity pump.

Just a passing thought MM,,,,,, if you get it up high enough, I'm sure you'll get the head you need. Probably blow thru the end of the pipe... Then again maybe the pipe is blocked...
