Dry Day On The 23rd ?

Hi All,

Can anyone advise if there is a proper dry day on the 23rd, or is it one of those ..nah..not really.. kind of ones ?

Reason is i'm planning on flying over from Hong Kong for that weekend but just noticed its a public holiday i recall from Samui before that some dry days are not really, wheras some run for almost 2 days (ie midnight the night before) and some are half, just wondering if anyone knows if the Chulalongkorn Day day will be in Pattaya ?

Bars have been open on the last 6 years I have been here and never a suggestion that this should be a dry day
