hey. anybody had problems with AIS 3G today? mine's been pretty slow. can't even hold a skype call. usually really reliable but not today.

AIS have computer problems so if you are on package then you probably have been disconnect for over use of Internet.

You have to call 1175 and they will switch you on again.

It's a funny one. Get really good speeds for a while, then it will totally bottom out for a couple of minutes. Will give AIS a call. Thanks for replies.

I am a new user of AIS 3-G and don't know how about that.

Do you have any more detail about how one gets disconnected for "over use"?

How to know when you are getting close to "over use"?

Thank you for any help on understanding how AIS manages customer usage for 3-G service.
