Is Low Dose Naltrexone available in Thailand? Or more specifically Pattaya? If so where to buy, how much and would it be a prescription only drug? I have been asked to find out about it by a friend who will need supplies when he comes on holiday.

Have your friend bring a signed medical summary with him stating history, need for the rug and current dosage, this will greatly help getting prescription at a Thai hospital. And have it on him if he is (as one would expect) bringing some into the country with him, along with original prescription bottle.
