Fundraiser - Philippines Flood Disaster

Featured Replies

Hi,

some Philippino friend's of mine are helping to run a fundraiser for the Philippine's Flood Disaster (unless you have been living under a rock, then you will know the Philippines has been hit by a succession of typhoons and floods over the last month or so).

I have my ticket, so maybe I see you there. Cheap night out and a good cause too. Please, lets try and make it a success.

PS: If you have trouble getting a ticket or whatever, PM me and I'll try and put you in touch with my friends.

PPS: On of the husband's of one of the people arranging this is a well known Phillipino artist (modern art and sculpture) and I believe (but don't hold me to this!) that he may be putting something in the auction. He rarely sells his stuff, its mostly personal and commission - and gallery - I understand CMU are discussing a (possibly permanent) gallery for some of his work and some was displayed for the ASEAN.
