Has anyone seen hand held rechargeable vacuum cleaners in any of the shops in phuket, i have looked around but cannot find one, they are great for vacuuming cars and easy to purchase overseas, any information would be much appreciated.

If there is a Robinsons nearby, go take a look in the household appliances section, I bought an Electrolux rechargable vaccum at our local Robinsons.

We have a Black & Decker "Dustbuster" hand held vacuum. Had it for years and forget where we bought it, but I seem to recall Central dept store.

I have tried the type you plug in to the car 2 in fact and they both lasted about a month that's why i want a rechargeable one they last for years if you buy a good one.
