My friends and I went to the new raw food restaurant in Rawai. I have been on a quest for healthy food in Phuket and been eating a lot of uncooked vegan food.

One of my friends loves her sausage and white bread sandwhiches and was not so sure about this place.

However the 3 of us all fully enjoyed our meal. We had raw lasagna. (courgette instead of white flour pasta) and a stir "fry" (courgette instead of pasta again).

We had crackers and a creamy dip (nut based) stuffed tomatoes. It was all so good! My friend went back with her kids and even had a "burger".

If you are looking for something healthy then this is it. If not then please spare me the comments..just thought I would share the info as I am so happy this option is close to me.

I know lots of other people who were also happy to hear about this place.
