And like most properties in Thailand, most are way over priced. Don't they ever learn.

The house are about 3x the going rate for rental.

Good luck trying to shift them.

If anyone wants a 5 bed, 4 bath furnished house (better than the advertised at 30k a month) near Hang Dong, I know one with an asking rental of 12k a month.
