Does anyone know where to purchase knitting wool in Phuket? Any ideas much appreciated.

Sorry I don't know either but would love to know. The cheap acrylic skeins are available everywhere.

Not quite sure what they stock if it is the acrylic skeins you are talking about or not but my wife goes to a largish shop on the left hand side of Soi Sai Nam Yen just after the small food market/restaurants. They may have what you are looking for

You can buy it in Central, 2nd floor right in the corner next to the shop that sells gift cards etc,it's expensive though. Also there's a shop in Phuket town almost opposite the Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank, not sure of the quality though,but they have everything for knitting and sewing.
