Anyone knows the good school in Pattaya for my little 1.9 yr son please tell me.

Can be somewhere not far from Pattaya, .. something like Naklu, Jomtien, Etc.

I don't need the international school or expensive school, that's too much expensive.

He's probably too young for school, I don't think they take kids in Nursery until 2.5 or 3 years and the only ones I know are Montessori or Phoenix.

Maybe you should look for a playgroup? Wiggle Town do a toddlers playgroup every Wednesday morning I think, maybe 2 mornings a week? But parents / minders have to stay with the kids, they're not a drop off centre.
