"No one believes more firmly than Comrade Napoleon that all animals are equal. He would be only too happy to let you make your decisions for yourselves. But sometimes you might make the wrong decisions, comrades, and then where should we be?"

- George Orwell, Animal Farm, Ch. 5

I have turned the first 3 paragraphs into an easy reading exercise for intermediate learners. I have put the Thai and English paragraph by paragraph, and then placed a transliteration of the Thai at the end.

(nothing special, just used the tools and technologies available on the internet)

Nice idea. You know, this must be one of the most frequently translated works of literature in Thai. There are at least seven Thai translations that I know of:

แอนนิมอล ฟาร์ม (~1960s), translated by ศุภรางค์ เผ่าพันเลิด

สัตวรัฐ (1972), translated by อุทุมพร ปาณินทร์

การเมืองของสัตว์ (1975), translated by วิเชียร อติชาตการ

ฟาร์มสัตว์ (1977), translated by สายธาร

รัฐสัตว์ (2001), translated by เกียรติขจร ไชยแสงสุขกุล

ฟาร์มสัตว์ (~2005), translated by ว. สุพันธ์ (this versions's available in full on Wanakam.com: part 1, part 2)

แอนิมอล ฟาร์ม (2006), translated by พ.อ.ดร.ชัยพฤกษ์ ปิลกศิริ

I also think it's interesting to see the different choices of title. Looks like you used the version by ว. สุพันธ์.
