I'm sorry for your loss. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but what was your dog doing running around in traffic alone? In the video you asked, what can we do? Well, people could make sure that their pets are kept in a safe location or supervised. Those dogs don't get run over by cars.

Sorry for your loss but I agree with tonitian - dogs should be inside and not wandering the streets. In Bali they are actively shooting dogs roaming the streets to try and control a Rabies outbreak and I look forward to the day that Thailand does the same thing and clears the streets of the so called "soi dogs". They are not cute, they are vermin, a nuisance and a threat to peoples safety and anyone who wants to jump in here and flame me fine, go ahead, but don't forget to reveal how many soi dogs have you taken home and how much money have you donated to the soi dog rescue people at the same time.
