Received a text message a few days ago saying that a flight I have booked from Phuket Airport in February had been cancelled.

They could change my flight to the following day, which was okay, so it was all relatively painless.

This was the Thai AA Call Centre in Bangkok, so I asked my wife to ask them why it had been cancelled.

Their reply............"The plane has broken down and needs to be repaired!"
