I'm flying in next weekend, January 10th, and need a someone to pick-up 2 adults, 2 children, in car seats, and 9 large bags, and then drive us to Rawai, to our rented house.

We'll be landing at 1am, so I'd like to have someone pre-scheduled to pick us up, in a comfortable big van, or something. We are flying in from the US, so it's the end of a 20 hour flight.

Someone who is fluent in English and can have the van / Truck all ready with waiting cold water would be nice.

Any ideas on how to find someone for this?

P.S.. it would also be helpful if this person/ service (concierge) was available to help us with making sure the rental house is ready, picking up the keys, making sure their is water in the fridge, sheets on the beds, etc.

Not at all. I live in the area, so it is easy to do. Wife would love to clean the how and check all water, for the 199 Baht shoes I promised her. (KIDDING!).
