First I heard that Biden has that power over cabinet picks for a president elect. Can you please post a link to confirm? I do agree if really does have that power, he should use it. Of course that doesn't mean autocrat Trump would care. Remember he wants recess appointments to avoid the advise and consent function of the senate entirely. -
