I'm Swiss citizen and I have my 2nd entry from my "double tourist visa"form Vientiane running. This visa is valid until 19 Feb 2010. Next week I have to make an unexpected travel out of Thailand for about 2 weeks. What will happen when I arrive back at Suvarnabhumi airport? I'll be allow to come back in Thai? And what kind of visa, for how long time I'll receive (if I'll receive one!!!).

Thanks,

It is not clear to me if you have only used one entry of a two entry visa or you are saying you are on the 2nd entry. From the date mentioned I would suspect you are on the first entry so if you return before Feb 19th you will receive a new 60 day stay using the second entry of your current visa and you can then extend that stay another 30 days at immigration if you wish.

On third read I suspect what is valid until Feb 19 is your current permitted to stay and not your original visa use before date? So you have used your visa entries and now, unless you obtain a new visa, will only get a 30 day stamp on a return by air.

Unfortunately I'm on the 2nd TV from Vientiane, so only 30 days ()I'm coming back by air). Thanks.
