2 Day Boat Charter To Krabi/phi Phi

Featured Replies

Im trying to organise a Fishing boat/Speed Boat/yacht/Catamaran charter with captain/crew to either Phi Phi or Krabi leaving from Phuket on a Friday and getting back on a Sunday. Ideally it will have a dinghy on board so that we can get onshore for the night. Budget is about 40000-50000 for the 2 days ideally with a capacity of around 6-10 people.

Have spoken to a few companies but struggling to find something in budget and someone that will do a rental for 2 days.

Would prefer to book directly with a boat owner than through an online company anyhow. Anyone know of someone or somewhere that could sort this out?

If you talk to Mike Downard at Sail in Asia.com he should be able to help. If you mention that Wayne Simmonds gave you his details it would be appreciated.

Yes, your budget seems a bit low because it's actually 3 days (friday, saturday, sunday). Not sure if you could get a decent boat for that money in this high season. Unlike many complaining there are hardly tourists, most 'boat companies' are doing excellent business at this moment.

Yeah you are right. Most the boat companies are doing really good business which Is good news (for them).

I had some really good replies reference this request with a range of different boats and prices. Thanks to everyone who got in contact.

We can easily organise such a trip on a choice of our 2 sailing yachts, 44' and 50'. The main question, though, would be - will everybody sleep on board or will you be booking rooms on Phi-Phi? While on of the boats has sleeping capacity of 10 people it won't be comfortable enough.

PM if interested.
