Crossy Posted April 29, 2005 Share Posted April 29, 2005 Measurements is easy:- 1 sq. wah = 4 sq. m. 1 acre = 2.471 rai or 43,560 sq. ft. 1 ngan = 100 wah (or 400 sq. m.) 1 hectare = 6.25 rai or 10,000 sq. m. 1 Rai = 4 Ngan (or 1600 sq. m.) Ready to build land in villages can add Bht 10,000 per rai. Amphur ready to build may be Bht 1,000,000 or more (outside the main center). Inside the amphur center could be up to Bht 5,000,000 per rai. I remember hearing that 1 rai of land on the beach south of Hua Hin had an asking price of Bht 27,000,000 (maybe Tornado could confirm this). So, there is really no answer to your question, IMHO.
