Did I miss something, as didn't know we were discussing a 'training diet', just healthier options/version diet of what most people eat. Which is crap, going by all the obesity walking around. That should be protein, healthier fats, fibrous carbs, little to no starchy carbs & no sugar, if possible. Depends what you're training for, strength or endurance or both. -

My first stint as an expat was as a child in 1970, in West Africa. I bet most of you hadn't been further than Bognor Regis by that point. Over the last fifty-four years I've observed more than my fair share of morons, alcoholics, mentally ill, personality disordered weirdos in the expat community. And before you start, you will have met them too so you know I'm correct. Here today we have someone saying - my Thai wife couldn't get me Thai citizenship or the ability to buy land - so I won't bother ensuring she has access to UK citizenship. Some of you really need to think before you post. -

Solar powered water well pump question
Our water source wells in the south of Thailand were over 1000 meters deep. Which is neither here not there when it comes to designing systems. For that, you need to know how deep the potable water strata is, how much pressure is down there, and how much the pressure will change over time, a) when you turn on the pump, b) by season and c) long term trending. In the water well industry, the pressure is expressed in feet, or meters of water, not so much in PSI. And you need to know how much water you plan (need) to produce. Otherwise, you can't know what's causing your well problems. You can guess, for sure. But that gets expensive. -
