Baan Benjamas Swimming Pool Closed For Good?

Hello,

Since a couple of days there is a renovation sign outside of the Baan Benjamas Swimming Pool at the end of Soi Sansabai. And the motorbike parking nearby will apparently be transferred into the Sansabai Plaza Project shopping mall.

Has anybody any information whether the pool will be reopened at any time soon or be closed for good? I loved to swim there.

First I've heard of this pizza project. So will the motor cycles that park in that parking lot get parked in even deeper rows at the wide end of Sansabai, or will they spill out onto the new(ish) road (Pang Meung) at the back, or will the parking mafia stop allowing cars to park in the Benjamas soi and pile up the motor bikes in there instead?
