I would like to say RIP Jay, we lost a good person.

I’ve had a read of the first topic opened by who ever. All i can say is the business is running strong and please don't believe all that you read in the newspapers of what you other half translates to you from 'Chiangmai News'.

He was a very liked man with his employees and friends. It’s just the scale of his business caused allot of jealousy in the cm business community.

Thanks for that.

I think those of us who can and know the jealousy,, understand the message.

All the best and RIP for Jay, condolences to his family and friends.

If any would like to use our facilities, your more than welcome.

Jay had a vision and he seen it come to fruition. He lived the dream.

We are on very good terms with the hospital, we have their link on our website and theirs ours, we give discounts for nurses who come to eat at our lobby restaurant. We have visiting doctors stay at our hotel.

Still 70% of our customer base are Thai's including families, government officials attending conferances (because our rooms are under the 800 baht threshhold) and walk-in customers.
