I've eaten a few cans of "Nut Walker" honeyed almonds covered with sesame seeds. Bought them at Carrefour and they taste nice.....not too sweet, either. Thought I was being all healthy, till I got the girlfriend to translate the Thai on the back.

Almonds.....50%

Sugar........30%....!!!!!

Sesame.....17%

Honey......point 25%........one quarter of one percent !

Anyone know how much sugar there is in Yakult ?????

Virtually ALL processed food sold in Thailand is loaded with sugar.

And the juices labelled "sugar free" quite often contain corn syrup, which is also a sugar. :)
