His latest court date is 16 Feb 2010. The hearing is not a scheduled one. He has been summoned by the court and his lawyers have not been informed of the reason for the hearing.

Just a reminder, that the extradition request was initially denied and the case is now in the Appeals Court following an appeal against this decision by the American government.

Viktor Bout has been in Thai custody since March 2008.
