I look for a good agent to manage my condo rental at Mae Ram Phung beach, Rayong.

New World Condotel, walk-in price is 1000bht per night, I can provide lower price - 500-800bht (depends on how much agent will charge).

First line from the beach, swimming pool and tropical garden, free we-fi at the lobby, tennis court and parking, beautiful seaview from 22 floor (the tower is 28 floors high), 56sq.m., aircon, 2 beds.

Even during high season, including X-Mas, I never see more than 10 peoples staying in the tower, usually like 2-5 condos in building occupied, so, as you can imagine, when you stay there you feel almost exclusive - like garden, swimming pool and tower itself with service stuff is exclusively yours. You will not see neighbors unless you want to meet them, but you will have couple of minimarts, restaurants at the beach and resorts nearby, tuk-tuk and taxi service, ATM - all of this walking distance from the tower.

Looking for real estate agent from Bangkok, Pattaya, or Rayong. Ideally agent should manage check-in and check-out, collecting money from customer and, of course, find customers. Maintenance I can manage myself.

Ask the existing condo managemnet company to help. they are on site and should be able to help. If they say no, rasie it at the next AGM and suggest it is part of their service etc. Finding tenants is the hard part - just put up a sign in front of the building, again work through the commitee and JPM though.

We manage condos all over bangkok and have two in Rayong as well. We change 7% a month when occupied and 3.5% when vacant.
