Visa 2 Thailand From Phenom Pehn

Im in phenom pehn right now about 2 go 2 the thai embassy for a three month tourist visa. i am a little pressed for time and i have been offered the visa from a tour agency for a price of 30 USD for the same visa. Is this legit. I have had very good responses from people on this forum and value opinions expressed here. has anyone taken a similar offer. is this a scam is generally what im asking. as the man guaranteed the tourist visa in a very short time and said it was completely legal. any info would be helpful

The process is (most likely) not legal but the visa likely is unless/until found out. You are the person taking risk however.

Thanks everyone I gave it 2 the security gaurs at the embassy a little less concerning but still concerning I'll let you know how it goes
