The bulk upload feature doesn't allow you to upload multiple pics.

Can I FTP my pictures to the server ? Or is there a trick to using bulk upload ?

I uploaded 5 at a time yesterday without any problems....in fact I have never had any problems.

OK george... which is the preferred gallery you'd like us members to post in?

If it's this one, then to make it user friendly the bulk-upload feature has got to work... at present it's non-functional and extremely time consuming and frustrating. :o

This gallery seems to be entirely different... but the bulk-upload feature works fine. :D

jai dee, i received your PM and see this topic also concerning bulk uploads.

after testing you are correct, for this forum gallery it doesn't seem to be allowing anyone to select more than one pic at a time for upload.

within the admin control panel there isn't a gallery setting either restricting this. will talk to george about this bug.

jai dee, it really should work however, after testing i see exactly what you mean. when talking with other board admins the problem is not unique to our board.

we may need an update to fix that bug.

I know the blog software has been upgraded but has there been any developments on this one yet?

I've got about 12 entries to add to my blog but need the bulk upload to gallery feature working, otherwise I'll be uploading for a good 8 hours or more... :o

I have good news.

I have now installed the latest version of the gallery software. There is a new item in the dropdown menu, "Bulk Upload", choose that one and you can now bulk upload maximum 20 files at a time.

We could increase the number of files later, maybe to 50 or 100. Please give it a try and some feedback.
